Perched over a waterfall in the woods of Mill Run, Pennsylvania, this extraordinary house is an architectural marvel that was built for the Kaufmann Family of Pittsburgh in 1936 and completed in 1939. Do I need to make reservations to tour Fallingwater?

Yes, you do need reservations. It's the only way you can be guaranteed a spot on the tour. Reservations may be made in advance for the Guided House Tour by purchasing tickets online or by phone. All special tours are available by advance ticket purchase only. Reservations and tickets are available by calling Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 or visiting the Fallingwater Tours and Tickets page.

How far in advance should I purchase my tickets?

If you plan to visit during the peak months (July, August, or October), purchase your tickets at least ten days to two weeks in advance. If you are visiting with a group, please make your reservations six weeks in advance. For tour packages, purchase your tickets two weeks in advance for a weekday and one month in advance for a weekday tour. For special tours, purchase your tickets at least one month in advance.
